🔸Important Rules for the customers🔸 :
➡️ Our delivery service is pre order based, so if you want to buy please confirm within 48 hours before the due date, if there’s any emergency then inform us atleast before 24 hours.
➡️ To confirm order you need to provide your specific address, full name and active contact details so that the delivery man can communicate easily. If you don’t provide us with clear and specific address as well as location your order will be considered cancelled.
➡️ To make sure we may want to query your location as well as delivery date , if you don’t reply after seeing our text then your order won’t be confirmed.
➡️ Since our foods are made freshly and also we try to maintain hygiene, due to uncertain weather conditions we need to keep our desserts refrigerated & also most of our snacks item are frozen , so while after receiving the parcel please refrigerate the food immediately if you want to consume another day.
➡️ if you want to customise any ingredients in our frozen snacks, feel free to knock and discuss before confirming the orders.
➡️ Our delivery charge all over Dhaka is 100 taka,
Inside Dhanmondi only 80 taka.
➡️If anyone wants to order something which exceeds 1500/- tk then you need to pay 50% advanced through bkash ( 01731930119).
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নিয়ম শুধু মাত্র গ্রাহকদের জন্য:
➡️ আমাদের ডেলিভারি পৃ অর্ডার বেস্ড, সুতরাং কেউ অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে চাইলে অবশ্শই ২ দিন আগে জানিয়ে নিশ্চিত করবেন। জরুরি ভিত্তিতে পেতে চাইলে ২৪ ঘন্টা পূর্বে নিশ্চিত করুন।
➡️আপনার নাম, ঠিকানা ও সচল ফোন নম্বর দিয়ে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করুন যেনো সহজেই যোগাযোগ করা যায়।
➡️ কোনো গ্রাহক উপরোক্ত তথ্য সুস্ষ্টভাবে না দিতে পারলে তার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা হবেনা!
➡️ ইনবক্সে ম্যাসেজ সিন করে উত্তর প্রদান না করলে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হবেনা।
➡️ যেহেতু আমাদের প্রডাক্ট সমূহ হিমায়িত অবস্থায় ডেলিভার করা হয় সেহেতু হাতে পাওয়া মাত্র খাবার ফ্রিজে সংরক্ষণ করবেন
( মিষ্টি জাতীয় খাবার নরমালে এবং হিমায়িত খাবার ডিপ ফ্রিজে।)
➡️ কোনো খাবারে উপকরণ পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে আমাদের আগে থেকেই ইনবক্সে নিশ্চিত করুন।
➡️ ডেলিভারি চার্জ সারা ঢাকা শহরে ১০০ টাকা, শুধুমাত্র ধানমন্ডিতে ৮০টাকা।
➡️ যদি কেউ ১৫০০/- টাকার বা এর বেশী অর্ডার করেন সেক্ষেত্রে ৫০% আগেই বিকাশ করতে হবে ০১৭৩১৯৩০১১৯ এই নম্বরে।
