Santoor Fusion Dining Established in 1993, Santoor has been an oasis of culinary excellence, where the Indian Cuisine has been elevated to an art form.

The first restaurant space, designed by the renowned architect Enamul Karim Nirjhar, combined a beautiful blend of modern and traditional styles, creating a space that is both contemporary and timeless. Three decades on, we now bring you Santoor Fusion Dining – a brand new journey of the rich, diverse and magical Indian and Pan-Asian Fusion Cuisine.
