রাত দুপুরের অতিথি!

রাত তখন প্রায় একটা। দোকান বন্ধ করার প্রস্তুতি নিচ্ছি। চেয়ারগুলো গুছিয়ে রাখা হয়েছে, কাউন্টার পরিষ্কার, রান্নাঘরও প্রায় ঘুমিয়ে পড়েছে । এমন সময় দরজা ঠেলে একজন অতিথি ঢুকলেন।

পোশাক দেখে মনে হলো, ভদ্রলোকও বোধহয় ঘুমানোর প্রস্তুতি নিয়েই বেরিয়েছিলেন! 😜

আমি মনে মনে বললাম—
“এত রাতে এই লোক আবার কী চান?”

ভদ্রলোক অবশ্য আমার মনের কথা জানতেন না। ঢুকেই বললেন,

— ভাই, একটা বিপদে পড়ে গেছি।
বন্ধুর জন্মদিন। কেক নিতে ভুলে গেছি। তাই এই অবস্থায় আবার বের হতে হলো। এখন তো সব বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। কী করি বলেন তো? আপনারা কি কোনোভাবে হেল্প করতে পারেন?

কাউন্টারে তখন আমাদের Customer Support-এর দায়িত্বে ছিলেন পলাশ ভাই।

পলাশ ভাইয়ের একটা অদ্ভুত আত্মবিশ্বাস আছে। পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে কঠিন সমস্যার সমাধানও তিনি এমনভাবে দেন, যেন ব্যাপারটা হচ্ছে—
“আচ্ছা, এক মিনিট দাঁড়ান তো!” 😎

তিনি যথারীতি বললেন,

— ভাই, আপনি কোনো প্যারা নিয়েন না। ঠিক জায়গায় আসছেন। আমি দেখতেছি ব্যাপারটা।

তারপর আমাকে রান্নাঘর থেকে ডাক দিয়ে বললেন,

— অরণ্য! এই হলো কাহিনি। এবার দেখাও তোমার creativity!

আমি তো এমন সুযোগের অপেক্ষাতেই থাকি! 😂

রান্নাঘরে ঢুকে শুরু হলো আমার পাগলা এক্সপেরিমেন্ট।

চকলেট ওয়াফেল, তার মাঝে এক লেয়ার whipped cream, উপরে Nutella- dipped আরেকটা waffle, আবার whipped cream এর ১টা লেয়ার, তার উপর Oreo biscuit crush একটা গোটা Oreo, তারপর সাদা চকলেটের সুন্দর drizzle আর অল্প কিছু colorful sprinkles— বেস এইভাবে বানিয়ে ফেললাম Birthday Special Double Decker Oreo Waffle। 🧇🍫

Waffle সামনে যেতেই ভাইয়ের চোখের অবস্থা দেখে বুঝলাম—
কেক ভুলে যাওয়ার অপরাধটা হয়তো ভুলেই গেছে! 😂

ভাই এতটাই খুশি যে যাওয়ার সময় বললেন,

— ভাই, বাঁচাইলেন! Review দিয়ে যাব। 😇

কেকের দোকান বন্ধ হয়ে যেতে পারে,
কিন্তু রাত একটা বাজলেও Waffle Zone-এ creativity-এর দোকান বন্ধ হয় না। 😎🧇

জন্মদিনে কেক ভুলে গেলে কী করবেন?

প্যারা নেবেন না।
ওয়াফেল খাবেন। 😂💜
