Job Responsibilities
As a CRM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include:
• Manage customer relationships through phone calls, email, and social media platforms.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, feedback, and after-sales support.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Care teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor customer feedback and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Assist in planning and executing customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding promotions, campaigns, and company updates.
• Perform any other CRM-related tasks assigned by the management.
Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support, or a similar role will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Experience using CRM software or customer management systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
