Branch Manager – Cox’s Bazar
**Position:** Branch Manager

* Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in Café, Restaurant, Coffee Shop, or F&B Management.
* Previous experience in **Branch/Outlet Management** will be preferred.
* Strong ability to manage and supervise staff, including duty schedules and daily responsibilities.
* Excellent **customer service and complaint-handling skills**.
* Ability to monitor and maintain **daily sales, cash, and expense records**.
* Good knowledge of **stock and inventory management**.
* Practical knowledge of **Food & Beverage operations**.
* Basic knowledge of **MS Excel / Google Sheets**.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to make quick and responsible decisions under pressure.
* Must be **honest, punctual, responsible, and well-organized**.
* Candidates who are currently living in or are familiar with **Cox’s Bazar** will be given preference.
* Must be willing to take **full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the branch**.

* Manage and supervise the **daily operations** of the branch.
* Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, performance, and discipline.
* Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
* Maintain proper **cash handling and daily closing reports**.
* Monitor food, beverage, packaging, and other inventory.
* Ensure excellent **customer service and customer satisfaction**.
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing requirements.
* Maintain proper **cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality**.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
* Ensure that all branch rules, procedures, and standards are properly followed.
* Prepare and submit regular **sales and operational reports** to the management.
