POS Executive (Female)

* Job Context:
• 1-2 years experience.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): restaurant and waffle shop.
• Workplace: work at our restaurant (Waffle & Dough) in chattogram.
* Job Responsibilities:
• Should be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of a point of sales (POS) executive, mainly assisting customers at the cash counter.
• Greeting customers and taking food orders.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for customers.
• Very positive and friendly attitude, helpful approach in all customer experiences.
• Manage transactions using POS/Cash software.
• Entering food item goods properly and ensuring pricing is accurate.
• Performing basic math functions to collect payments and give change.
• Collect payments in Cash, Card, Credit, Mobile-Wallet.
• Issue changes, bill receipts, refunds, or tickets.
• Redeem customer loyalty and processing coupons and vouchers.
• Introduce new food items and promotional products to the customers.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Keeping the checkout area, clean and orderly.
• Report to property on time and in proper uniform.
• Keep reports of transactions.
• Asking about our restaurant food quality experience.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Balancing the till at the end of the day and maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
• Have to take overall POS short/excess liabilities.
* Employment Status: Full-time & Day off: Once in a week.
* Educational Requirements:
• HSC
• Skills Required: Point of sales (POS)
* Additional Requirements:
• Age 18 to 25 years.
• Only Females are allowed to apply.
• Don't apply if you don't have experience in the Restaurant / Waffle Shop relative field.
• Basic Math and Computer Operating skills.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Looking smart & fresh.
• Ability to handle criticism.
