Curry Night at Holder's Every Thursday there will be different Curries served buffet style, from around the world in the spacious surroundings of Holders Great House

It was at the invitations of Wendy Madeleine Kidd & Jack Edward Kidd to cook in the kitchen of Holders Great House, and do what I do best......while making something special, that Nasim & Jack's Curry Night at Holders Great House was conceptualised. I had originally planned to make Curry Nite a part of my schedule, and place it in my Indie Nite Series of events. I passed the word out among my Family, Friends and Patrons and the response was always positive. Bajans have a liking for spicy food, and they love curry.......the thought of eating authentic curries have whetted appetites. So every Thursday at Holders Great House, I will be cooking a different menu with curries from around the Sub-Continent and South-East Asia. Here we are now, within the ambience that is Holders Great House with it's beautiful surroundings and magical sunsets.
