Hey guys, quick reminder it's actually very rare that when you request a particular date for a cake order that you are the only client who asked for that date.

On average Aisha and I accept 3-6 orders per date. It all depends on whether we have more cupcake, standard, or tiered/ sculpted cakes.

The bigger the cakes are the less orders we take per date. Thi is because the bigger the cake the longer we have to work on it.

This is why we encourage early booking as best as possible. So you won't be disappointed when we say that particular date is booked or unfortunately we can't take any last minute orders for the date you would like.

This video is actually a really great example of that as you can see we had 5 other cakes other than the one we are working on in this video.

And this is also why we ask for your name when you come to pick up.

Please don't be offended and refuse to give your name when we ask who it is or whose name is the order under🤦🏽‍♀️😫.

We ask this to verify the correct cake is being given to the right person.

Depsite not loving the heart cake trend🙄🙄... it is one that has been here for a while now and ibdont think its leaving anytime soon.

Don't get me wrong we have created some really beautiful heart cakes its just not my favourite cake to do.

But at the end of the day it's what our clients want.

After all we make the cakes and they create the memories🥰

Two tier cakes can be on the pricer side of the budget however, they truly can be worth your while if you take our professional advice.

Most of our 2 tier cakes are 3 layers tall per cake which means you can get a minimum of 3 flavours or a maximum of 6 flavours. Yip already thats sounding like a steal.

Another great thing is that you also get more servings especially when it comes to birthday parties.

Our most popular size for kids parties is a 9" & 6" which is what is being shown in the video and this can serve roughly 30 people if cutting in triangle slices and 40-45 if cutting in squares.

But what's great is that you can remove the top cake and place it in the box to take home and just serve the bigger cake at the party

Last but not least. This style cake is great for 2 sided cakes for twins or children sharing a birthday or part celebration.
