🌿🍋 Give dinner a fresh burst of flavour!

Tangy balsamic, zesty lemon and fragrant herbs—this easy Balsamic Herb Marinade makes Amir’s Deboned Breast something to look forward to! 😋

For 1 lb (450g) of chicken, mix:
▪️ ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
▪️ 2 tbsp olive oil
▪️ 2 tsp yellow mustard
▪️ 2 tsp Italian seasoning
▪️ 2 garlic cloves, minced
▪️ Juice of 1 lemon

Coat your chicken, cover and marinate in the fridge for 1–3 hours. Grill, pan-sear or bake until cooked through, then serve with rice, roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. 🍽️

🥣🍋 Creamy, tangy and packed with flavour — this one is a winner!

Give your Amir’s Chicken Chunks a delicious Greek-inspired upgrade with this easy Greek Yogurt Marinade:

🥣 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🌿 1 tsp dried oregano
🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

Mix everything together, add about 1 lb (450g) of Amir’s Chicken Chunks — roughly 4 cups — and make sure every piece gets nicely coated.

Pop it in the fridge and let it marinate for 2–4 hours, then grill, pan-sear or bake until cooked through. 🔥🍗

The yogurt helps create tender, juicy chicken while the lemon, garlic and oregano bring that fresh Mediterranean-style flavour. 😋
