Yeni ili çox sevdiyimiz, deyəsən, hamıya məlumdur. Biz xatirələrlə yaşamağı sevən məkanıq, yaşanan hər şeyin Bohonun bir küncündə necəsə toplanıb, nəfəs alıb, saxlandığına inanırıq. Hər yeni il də bizim üçün geriyə dönüb baş verənləri gözdən keçirməyə bəhanədir. Xatirə balansımıza səyahət də deyə bilərik :))
O balansımıza gözəl, fərqli, dərin, hətta bəzən kədərli olsa belə, məna dolu xatirələr toplayan hər birinizə təşəkkürlər. Xüsusi təşəkkür də sevimli komandamıza düşür, o barədə, deyəsən, bir xeyli bəxtimiz gətirib :)
Bu gün hamımız paytaxt salatı hazırlama rituallarımızla məşğuluq, ona görə də, ənənəvi olaraq, 31 dekabr bağlıyıq.
2026-ya gözəl girin, biz isə onun ilk günündə saat 12-dən qapılarımızı açacağıq.

Our new "boho" wines are bottled, with our beautiful Madrasa grape again, but this time, it's 2023 harvest. With the start of the slight cold, chilled whites are going to rest in fridges, while dark reds are coming to a better display. Ready to change the season - welcome you while you're running away from the cold to retreat at ours and the conversations get deeper and deeper. Delicious meals and wine, as always, is taken care of.
We have a few new winter specials, but that's for another time.
Yeni "boho" şərablarımız süzülüb, yenə də gözəl Mədrəsə üzümümüzdəndir, bu dəfə 2023 barı. Havalar soyuduqca, sərin ağ şərablar bir az geridəki soyuducularda dincəlməyə başlayır, biz də gözəl qırmızıları üzə çıxarırıq. Soyuqdan gəlib gizləndiyiniz gözəl Bohomuz bu dəfə daha dərin söhbətlərinizə şahid olmağa bir fəsil daha hazırdır, ləzzətli yeməklər və şərab da, həmişəki kimi, bizdən.
Menyuda da qış seçimləri peyda olmağa başlayıb, amma bu barədə növbəti dəfə danışarıq.

We are all about beautiful moments. Some of you would relate; imagine, it's a rainy, gloomy day in gorgeous Tbilisi, you stroll around Rustaveli, pass by designer shops, swing to Abashidze, have a warm soup at Linville, say hi to Avtandil, climb all those rusty stairs up to Café le toit, as if you're time traveling, get a cool, super maxi leather trench in a random vintage market, move down to Shardeni, and when it's just the right time, you quickly exit to Gabriadze puppet theater, because you need some rustic, homemade KHINKALI 🫠
Well, we're also all about new touches, and let us be a bit about cuteness, because our latest new special is these tiny mini khinkalis on a homemade adjika sauce and we're loving it :))
While we're back to dark red, don't miss our winter special for the season, it's gonna be there for a limited time 🙃
