The San Nicolas Food Truck Festival took place on Saturday, August 1st, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in downtown San Nicolas, with the main stage located at the roundabout in front of the Nicolaas store.
It was a vibrant, magnificent, and entertaining afternoon and evening for all attendees, visitors, vendors, and participants. We are filled with joy and satisfaction at having achieved such a successful event, which brought our community together through good food, entertainment, and local entrepreneurship.
This success would not have been possible without the invaluable support of our sponsors and collaborators. We extend special thanks to Minister Geoffrey Wever, his District Advisor Rondel Heyliger, and Minister Wendrick Cicilia for their firm belief in this initiative. Their encouragement, commitment, and confidence in this project were fundamental to making the San Nicolas Food Truck Festival a reality. Thank you for believing in our community and in the growth of our small businesses.
We also extend our sincere gratitude to the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association - AHATA, the Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA), SETAR NV, and De Palm Tours Aruba for their generous support and valuable contributions to the festival. Special thanks go to FRASA ARUBA and Martijn Trading Aruba for providing free product samples to visitors and participating vendors, which helped make the festival experience even more enjoyable.
A very special thank you to all the food truck operators, vendors, participants, volunteers, and everyone who dedicated their time and effort to making this event a resounding success. Your enthusiasm, commitment, and hard work made the festival a truly unforgettable experience.
The goal of the San Nicolas Food Truck Festival is to strengthen community pride, stimulate local economic activity, and create a welcoming space where residents and visitors can gather in an atmosphere of unity, solidarity, and celebration.
