There's Something about that relationship with that crust, each rise, each stretch, each toss, each crackle in each slice. The canvas that gave me the reason to leave all behind in the persuit of my own roots, history, lineage, brought back in a fusion of a new classic of something centuries old. Some assets will consume you. But to reach where no one has reached before. One must take steps not taken before. Very rarely you'll find better veggies combination than what i bring to the table. I am blessed to have found a collection on the best artisan cheeses to top, combine and play with colors each time. I am BLESSED, to have met a bunch of amazing people that in many ways complimented the expansion of this experience. There will never be anything regular about my Pizza. And as i keep on building this castle brick by brick. It is truly a delight to put smiles on faces one slice at a time.. Yes.. You too are a part of History, with each interaction. Some days might be tiring for sure.. But is it all worth it...? Totally..😉🤲

Field of Dreams: Locally known as "Maishi Rabo" this here is the grain that carried our forefathers & their ancestors, in the humbler days even before kerosine was a staple household utility.. May this dream never die and our current generation reconnect and learn all intangible knowledge that still is to be gathered. So their kids too can one day learn where we come from..🤲

It would of been his 83rd today..🕊
For almost 37 years, i had the blessing & privilege to walk besides a guy that had me laughing my belly full everyday, as he thaught me my roots, the true island's unwritten history. A kid who grew up riding donkeys to collect well water, on having the 1st phone in the neighbourhood(by the lightpole outside), the first house to have electricity, even the first car. Growing up as a big farming family, to soccer afficionados to a key figure in the island politics background, to many infrasructure solutions for many decades. From all of that, to evolving into even having his own facebook to connect with his friends all over the world.
