Every Stickhouse shop depends on its ‘laboratory’ – preferably exposed, to show the entire production process – where gelato, sorbets, and many other products of our menu are produced every day. Furthermore, thanks to our presence in many countries, each Stickhouse Lab becomes a creative workshop where different flavors and recipes from various cultures and traditions are combined, contributing to create continually evolving menu.
