Located inside the Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa, Omakase has been offering an authentic and elegant Japanese experience on the island of Aruba since 2015.

Omakase” which means "I'll leave it to you" (from Japanese "to entrust") In American English, the expression is used at sushi restaurants to leave the selection to the chef. The Chef will present a series of plates, beginning with the lightest and proceeding to heavier, richer dishes. When ordering Omakase, expect the Chef to be innovative and surprising in the selection of dishes. Ordering from t

he menu is available as well. Located inside the Chophouse Restaurant at the Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa and features an illuminated bar, comfortable seating, boutique feel and ambiance. Omakase is open from Monday till Tuesday, Thursday till Sunday from 5.30pm – 10.30 pm for dinner. The Sushi Bar has limited capacity, reservations are required.
