🌿Healthy habits. Better choices. Start young!

We were excited to join the Healthy Lifestyle Workshop at Schakel College, sharing the message of healthy living with third-year secondary students (MAVO/HAVO/VWO)! 💚

Our director, M.T. Maya Romero, talked about healthy habits, mindful beverage choices, and the importance of choosing options that support our well-being. 🌱🥃

And of course… KOMBUCHA! 🫧 Students learned what it is, how it’s made, its benefits, and got to experience its unique taste during our kombucha tasting session! 😋

For many, it was their first kombucha experience—and what a fun one it was!
