Step back in time for one night only. Once home to the Bank of New South Wales, we’re opening the vault once again, this time for an evening of classic cocktails, jazz and 1920s-inspired elegance as part of the Gillies Centenary Weekend festivities.

Join us on Saturday 11th July from 5pm for an after-hours experience unlike our usual dining service. Enjoy our full cocktail menu, nibbles and snacks, and an atmosphere inspired by the glamour of the 1920s.
