This Saturday November 8th come out to to taste the wide range of local wines available and meet some of the people responsible for producing these award winning beauties. Beer and wine to drink, pizza to nibble on and live music to enjoy! It’s going to be a very good day.

Today for lunch from 12-2 we will be set up at serving our sourdough wood fired pizza which pairs pretty well, no, ok ok who are we kidding, RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUSLY with Bulla Creek Brewing beer. 🍻 You may even catch us high fiving and celebrating today, as we are testing out our special Oktoberfest pizza topping that we hope to serve to you next month when we come back on October 11.

I often day dream about being a real pizzaiola living in Naples, Italy and churning out just the iconic Pizza Margherita over and over. So when the Harden Kite Festival asked us if we could be a bit more 'Italian' in line with their show case of cultures and cuisines this year, I decided it was time to live out my dream in the small way I could.

Although I'm sorry for those who love meats or pineapple on pizza that there won't be any, I am also excited to see people who normally ignore Margherita get a taste of how she was intended to be. ;) It's not like any other pizza in this region. It's more like pizza in Naples. Stop by and try it at the Kite Fest between 10am and 4pm (or until sold out!).

What do you do with the dough you couldn’t use at Cherry Fest because of the deluge? Make bread! So much flavour, and a thick, crunchy, chewy crust. Yum!
