Honey and Cinnamon is the new ‘catering and bakery from home’ which will bring recipes made with biological and whole wheat flours, low (or none) in refined sugars, fruit based, high in fibre cakes, the least use of butter, lots of fantasy and ... the real flavour of ingredients. I have included on the menu the flavours of my country, Italy, which feature some of the traditional recipes that I have adapted to a healthier scale. I even made some of them gluten free or lower in refined sugar, so everyone can enjoy them!
