It doesn't need to be asked perfectly. It just needs to be asked. Check in on the people around you today - and if someone tells you they're not okay, stay with them. Listen. Help them find the support they need. The work of caring for each other doesn't belong to one day. But today is a good place to start.

They work across our sites, workshops, kitchens, venues, offices and businesses. They lead teams, solve problems, build things, serve people and then head home to another job that matters even more.
