We would like to sincerely apologise for the unexpected waiting times during our recent event. We understand the frustration many of you experienced, and we take full responsibility for the lack of coordination and communication throughout the service.
What was meant to be a beautiful celebration became overwhelming at times, and while we always strive to give every guest the warmth, quality, and experience Sabor is known for, we acknowledge that we fell short in some areas that day.
To be completely transparent, this was the biggest event and highest volume of customers Sabor has ever experienced in our history. We have always been able to cater to large groups with our current team during ordinary operations, but this occasion exceeded anything we could have anticipated. The sheer volume of orders, dine-ins, walk-ins, and simultaneous service pushed our small café to its absolute limits. At one point, it genuinely felt like the café was going to break down under the pressure.
That is not an excuse — but rather an honest explanation. We accept the shortcomings, the delays, and the moments where communication could have been handled much better. As a growing business, moments like these show us exactly where we need to improve, strengthen systems, and prepare better moving forward.
Despite everything, our hearts are full of gratitude.
To see so many people choose Sabor to celebrate, gather, and spend meaningful moments with their loved ones means more to us than words can explain. The support was overwhelming in the most beautiful way possible. For a small café built from passion, sacrifice, and hard work, seeing the community show up in such numbers was something we will never forget.
Thank you as well to everyone who gave honest feedback. Whether positive or critical, every comment helps us grow. We are listening, learning, and taking every lesson seriously so we can continue improving not only our service, but the entire experience we give to our customers.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting us through both our best moments and our hardest ones. We are grateful, humbled, and more motivated than ever to do better for all of you ❤️
