Blueberry Banana Oat Muffins 🫐🍌

These have quickly become one of my favourite muffin recipes to make. They are quick, easy, soft, fluffy, packed with juicy blueberries and naturally sweetened with ripe bananas, honey and a touch of maple syrup.

✔️ Made with rolled oats
✔️ No refined sugar
✔️ Perfect for breakfast, lunchboxes or an afternoon snack

One of my favourite things about these muffins is the texture. The secret? Letting the oats soak in milk before mixing makes them incredibly soft and delicious.

I love making a batch at the start of the week for easy breakfasts and snacks on busy days.
