Hello, Yass community!

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 16th, Thyme to Taste (the cafe) will reopen!

You’ll see a few changes (with more to come in the following weeks!), but our smiles, great coffee and community vibes are all still here.

Your patience is so appreciated while we iron out any wrinkles over the next week or so.

We can’t wait to serve up all your favourites - we’ve missed you all!

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to close the café side of thyme to taste. Our last day being the 28th of June. It has been a wild ride over the last 3yrs, I will carry this experience with me for the rest of my life. I'd like to thank all of our loyal customers for showing unconditional support It has been a wonderful journey. I'd also like to thank my mentors Andrew & Leeann for giving me this opportunity and guiding me in the right direction. I am forever greatful to you both.
The decision to close the cafe was made by myself with the intent of moving on to different pastures and new opportunities.
Once again, I thankyou all. I will miss it, the staff, the customers and of course, the coffee. 😉
There is potential that the cafe will reopen in the coming weeks with a new owner so watch this space!
