After three unforgettable years, the time has come for us to hang up the shakers & call last drinks with tonight being our final service 🤍🍸

What began with a sparkly-eyed vision & a “have a crack” attitude turned into countless late nights, a ridiculously-ambitious food & drink offering, collaborations with equally ridiculously talented hospo heavyweights, a sh*t-tonne of hard lessons & tear-filled proud moments we’ll carry forever.

This little bar gave us far more than we ever expected. We’re still scratching our heads wondering how we found the energy to do it all while juggling full-time jobs, side gigs and family life — must be those ADHD superpowers 😝

To our incredible community, loyal locals, new friends & every guest who walked through our doors — thank you for supporting us.

To our family, friends & staff — “thank you” doesn’t quite cover it. It’s been a true privilege to work alongside you & witness you grow in confidence, serving our guests with care, resilience & heart. We’re sorry we couldn’t pass the crown on.

Running MB stretched us in every possible way — personally & professionally. While we may not be quite as sparkly-eyed & the tank is pretty fricken low, we leave with full hearts, deep appreciation & immense pride in what we created.

We did it! It’s officially a SELL OUT 💥

Thanks to all those that bought tickets to support & in what has become their “Farewell Pure South” Dinner.

The boys are truly grateful & we are so humbled & proud to have been asked to host such a special event.

We look forward to seeing the lucky ticket holders at 6pm tonight for the final sitting… If feedback from last nights’ dinner is anything to go by - you guys are in for an absolute treat!
