What we need......
Skills and experience would be a bonus but most importantly your motivation and ability to slide sideways into our fabulous, existing team as we strive to feed and water our gorgeous customers. For the Cook/Chef you can cook, laugh, create, chatter, have 7 things on the stove and laugh some more whilst keeping a hold on stock, costs and an eye-catching display of mouthwateringly tasty food for our amazing customers. For the Cafe Assistant, we can't wait to meet someone that thrills to the satisfaction of insanely good customer service. We want a "matchmaker" that matches great quality food with hungry tummies and sends them excitedly on their way with the best possible coffee, brekkie or lunch imaginable! You smash out a gorgeous coffee, recommend the best dish and quietly manage to clean, top up and woo the best looking and best mannered and dare I say it, the best foodie farmers, tradies and travellers to be found in Victoria, all while supporting their team mates at the same time! No night shifts, no split shifts, happy to negotiate only 1 weekend day per week.
Got bigger dreams? Enthusiastic to talk about you helping expand into other hours and menus at a super advantage/kitchen hire basis.
