There Is a Fear & A Mass Of Anxiety when You Run A Small Business.
They are The crappiest Of All Time feelings… It Does Not matter How Many Times I Can Say, it’s ok, Whatever Happens, It Will Be Ok, I’m Not Worried…. It’s Not True.
I Know I Need To Setup, Bake, Create, Advertise, Organise, Clean, Order Everything… & How Much Do I Order… What If I Don’t Have Enough, & If I Over Order…. & So On.
Christmas Is Nearly Here & This One Is All Kinds Of Different, What If No One Turns Up…
I’m Not Sure If Many of You Know, But Once I Close On The 23rd Of December, That Will Be The End Of KTK Baking.
Altho It Will Be A New Beginning For So Many Things, Including A New
KTK Business Plan To Keep Me Out Of Trouble, I Will Be Saying Farewell To Baking.
I Hope To End The Year With Many Laughs, Lots Of Gingerbread Baking & Getting To See You All Again At Some Point.
