They are in season and delicious!

We don't get the perfect ones, ours have a bit of character, Just check out a couple that went into the strawberry juice today!

We will be making more strawberry sorbet in the upcoming days to restock the freezer!
In the meantime come try out the blood orange sorbet (its delicious!!)

Oh yay! Experimentation that worked well.

Instead of putting the pre mix frozen yoghurt in like normal; we mixed it with 2 kg of strawberries.

Believe it or not; it actually tastes like real strawberries.

Very happy with the result.

But it reduced its use by date with an awful lot. So please come and grab some!

A few problems and issues tomorrow.

Electricity doesn’t just naturally come out if the wall. It sometimes needs maintenance. Tomorrow is that day.

Electricity will come and go. We will have no idea what to do, but we will stay open and do our best.

Fridges will go on and off often enough to keep stuff cold. Please make up your mind what you want to eat before opening fridge doors.

Eftpos seem to work with a phone app.

It could be a bit dark, but that’s fun for a change.

Rye flour mixed with a bit of white flour

Very Delicious!

Someone told me they had some with Avocado and goats cheese and that was an amazing combo!!
Yet to try that but sounds very good!
