So every week we will explore dishes from a different region of Italy. Seasonal, local and regional! Please let me know what people would be interested (maybe a maximum of 6 couple) and where you were thinking of hosting the classes. Liza and Meg, the idea of the language/cooking classes in May sounds really good! I was thinking of a 6 weeks course (once per week, on Friday night, 3 hours per lesson) based on 1 hour of language (mostly everyday conversation) and 2 hours of cooking/eating. The cooking/eating will be focused on seasonal and local ingredients and regional dishes.

is having a short break and going on an inspirational trip. Marco's Italian Kitchen will be in Melbourne for the 'Melbourne Food & Wine Festival" and Tasmania (apparently the gourmet state!) from the 16th to the 28th of March. Eat well! See you soon
