There’s something pretty special about a morning by the water. 🌊☀️

A good coffee, something delicious to eat, a little fresh air and maybe a chat with someone you didn’t know when you walked in. 💛

That’s what we love about Love Shack — a place to stop, connect and enjoy your morning, whether you’re catching up with a friend, grabbing breakfast before work, taking the kids to the park, meeting someone for a coffee or simply enjoying a quiet moment by the water.

👶 Youngest bub: 2 weeks old — go Mum! 👏🏼
👶 Oldest little one: 2 years old
💛 Common goal: finding connection and growing our village.

Because motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

Sometimes, a short stroll along the water, some fresh air and a meaningful conversation with another mum can make such a difference to your day.

You might talk about sleep.
You might swap ideas.
You might make a new friend.
You might have a really good laugh.
Or you might simply feel a little less alone.

And the washing up?
The laundry?
The vacuuming?

It can wait. 😉

Come as you are. No need to have it all together. No need to know anyone.

Tomorrow is R U OK? Day — and we wanted to do something a little different.

We believe cafés are more than coffee and food.

They’re places where people meet.
Where conversations happen.
Where friendships begin.
Where someone might sit down for five minutes and feel a little less alone. ☕️

So tomorrow, we’re turning Love Shack into a little place for coffee, kindness & connection.

Today we’re celebrating the dads, stepdads, grandads, father figures and all the wonderful men who show up, love hard and make memories with the little people in their lives.

A special Happy Father’s Day to our own Dad — the man behind so much of the Love Shack chaos, laughs and love. 😂❤️

We hope today is filled with good coffee, good food, big hugs and time with the people who matter most.

We’re excited to welcome The Elegant Duck to Sharpey’s Love Shack this Thursday! 🤎
Come along and meet the wonderful team from Laser Craft, a disability support organisation helping people build skills, confidence, connections and independence through meaningful work and creativity.
They’ll be bringing along some beautiful handmade goodies, including candles, soaps and more 🕯️🧼✨
It’s a lovely opportunity to shop local, support meaningful employment and meet some of the people behind these beautiful creations.

Our little Mum Walk table is booked every Thursday — just look for the sign when you arrive.

And yes… we know it can feel awkward walking up when you don’t know anyone.

But that’s exactly why we’re doing this.

Because we all want connection.
Someone to chat to.
Someone who understands.
Someone to swap ideas with.
Someone to laugh with over the absolute chaos of motherhood. 😂

We’re so excited to share something new happening in our local community…
🚶‍♀️ MUM WALK IS NOW COMING TO WOY WOY! 🌿👶🏼
Mum Walk is a free weekly walk created to help mums get out, move their bodies, meet other mums and, most importantly, feel less alone in motherhood. ❤️
And you don't have to come with a baby!
Pregnant mums, mums with bubs, mums whose kids are at school, mums who come alone, mums who come with friends — everyone is welcome.
Our local Mum Walk volunteer, Bonnie, is helping get the Woy Woy walk started and we’re so happy to support her!
And of course… what better way to finish a walk than with a coffee? ☕️😉
We’d love to become your little post-Mum-Walk coffee stop here at Love Shack.
