The lead artist, Sam, is an award winning cake decorator. Sam was trained by Planet Cake Sydney, where she also became a facilitator and teacher. Sam has also worked as a cake decorator at Celebration Cakes, Sydney. She has operated The Sugar Kitchen in Karratha WA, Sydney NSW and now has began operation in Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga NSW.
