Our first service. Our first event. What a way to launch.
This weekend, The Cakehole Co. rolled into the Jackson Hepner Memorial Drive hosted by the Jackson Hepner Foundation for our very first day of trade.
What we expected was a chance to serve hot donuts and cold pours. What we experienced was something so much bigger.
We were blown away by the incredible community spirit, generosity and support shown throughout the day. Seeing so many people come together to honour Jackson’s legacy and support young people facing cancer and their families was truly special.
We’re incredibly grateful to have been welcomed into such a meaningful event for our launch, and even more grateful for every person who stopped by, shared a kind word, bought a donut, or simply cheered us on.
As a small thank you, we’ll be donating 30% of our profits from the day to the Jackson Hepner Foundation to support the amazing work they do creating moments of joy, connection and hope for young people and families navigating cancer.
To everyone who helped make Day One so memorable, thank you. Here’s to many more donuts, many more communities, and making a difference where we can.
