The Coffee Collective is a funky, Melbourne style cafe located in the heart of Wonthaggi. Styled with contemporary, industrial flair, with exposed brick walls, funky counters, polished concrete floors and enormous sliding grid mesh doors, the cafe is both modern and unpretentious, with a friendly, convivial atmosphere. As the name suggests, coffee is of supreme importance at The Coffee Collective.

The cafe serves Melbourne-quality coffee and offers balanced cafe-style dining with an emphasis on local, organic and sustainable produce. The menu features plenty of locally-sourced products, including a slow cooked pulled pork baguette with house-made BBQ sauce and citrus ‘slaw; a South Gippsland beef burger with house-made pickles, cheese, red onion, sweet mustard and hand-cut chips, and a Quinoa burger served with house-made mayonnaise, beetroot relish, avocado and lettuce. The breakfast menu features delicious pancakes, free range local eggs cooked how you like them, and house made hash greens with asparagus. The cafe is open 6 days a week and is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
