Our lovely local farmers are growing some gorgeous Autumn veg including organic fennel and kale.
We have hearty soups on the lunch menu, sided with organic sour dough toast... bowls are flying out the door with the cold weather! We also have a huge range of single meals and family meals on offer in Store, ready for heating or taking home for dinner.
This week we’ve planned a delicious menu for you made with locally grown and freshly picked ingredients.
Our nourishing soups this week include.... our Pumpkin, Ginger and Orange, Anti-inflammatory Chicken Soup and our Split pea and Ham Hock!! Cleaning and nourishing for the body and soul. Made Fresh!
Our Beef Lasagna is on the menu this week by popular demand. We slow braise our lean beef mince with organic tomato and a beautiful range of locally grown herbs and vegetables. Then we layer with creamy bescemel sauce, mozzarella cheese and silky layers of pasta sheets. Perfect comfort food and ideal for a delicious night in.
We are making our French Cassoulet with organic baby pork sausages, organic tomato, fennel and pinto beans, this dish is one of my favourites. Rustic and aromatic, with savoury spice and a unique intense flavour. It will soon be your favourite too!
