Winter comfort, but make it gut-loving 🤎

Our Winter Chia Porridge is made with chia seeds, coconut milk, maple, egg, caramelised banana, wild blueberries, yoghurt + warming winter spices.

In the cooler months, warm, cooked foods can be gentler and more comforting on the digestive system, while ingredients like chia bring plenty of fibre to support healthy digestion and your gut microbiome.

Add antioxidant-rich wild blueberries, yoghurt with beneficial cultures, nourishing fats and warming spices and you’ve got a bowl that tastes like comfort food, but loves you back.
