Green hills, coastal views and a village feel that makes it very easy to slow down. Gerringong is one of those Illawarra spots that locals love coming back to.

A morning swim at Werri Beach, a walk along the coast, a wander through local shops, a good coffee stop or a long lunch with a view are all part of the Gerringong experience.

Winter at Seeker Brewing looks pretty excellent, if you ask us.

Dark beers pouring from the taps, wood-fired pizzas out front, $10 kransky rolls all winter long, live music every week and a basketball hoop for a little between-beers competition.

This Unanderra brewery has well and truly figured out the colder months, and we are very much here for it.

Puppy Yoga Sydney is heading to Wollongong for a very cute combination of gentle yoga, puppy cuddles, and plenty of smiles along the way. Weā€™re obsessed! šŸ˜

It's a lovely chance to stretch, relax, and enjoy some quality time with a bunch of very happy little helpers running around.

New Kid On The Block // NĆ“m Vietnamese Restaurant

Thirroul has a new spot for lovers of Vietnamese food, and weā€™re very excited about this one!

has opened its doors, bringing authentic Vietnamese flavours, traditional recipes and plenty of delicious dishes to the Illawarra dining scene.

The menu is packed with so many faves, including crispy Tiger Prawn Spring Rolls, Grilled Beef in Betel Leaves, and their signature NĆ“m Crispy Duck Mini Pancakes (drool!). Crispy duck, fresh herbs and soft mini pancakes all coming together in one very tasty little packageā€¦ yep, weā€™re intrigued.

And of course, you canā€™t talk Vietnamese cuisine without mentioning pho. NĆ“mā€™s Rare Beef & Brisket Pho features a slow-simmered broth, tender brisket and thin slices of rare beef, topped with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, chilli and lime. A bowl of comfort if weā€™ve ever seen one.

Located in Thirroul, NĆ“m is serving up a warm and welcoming space for locals to settle in for a meal, catch up with friends or simply enjoy some seriously good Vietnamese food.
