Hi all,

We’re currently wanting to hire a barista / all-rounder 😊

13 - 35 hours per week, depending on experience. Monday - Friday shifts, no weekends.

Monday and Tuesday (8am - 2.30pm) will be the days required, Wednesday-Friday shifts are available for the right person 😊

Barista skills are necessary

Our online ordering is back up and running.

We have uploaded all the cafe food and drinks, so you're able to place orders for pickup.

We will still be building parts of the website where you'll be able to order pastas, cheeses, gluten free bread and more.

Update! The technician has replaced the motherboard and the internal workings of the machine and it is thankfully working again. Couldn’t have had a better outcome 😁

Hi guys, the coffee machine has sparked a small fire overnight, thankfully it contained itself to the inside of the machine and went out before to much damage could be caused.

Luckily the cafe is okay and open for food. Coffee will be out of order until the issue is fixed.

Matthew Marcs is now re-open after our temporary close!

Under new management, we welcome some new faces to the team and some regular staff!

You’ll find some gluten free desserts, salad and pastas in store, and ready to go.

We also have a good range of freshly baked focaccias (contains gluten) , filled with;

-Eggplant, roasted tomato, buffalo mozzarella and spinach.
-Bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado and cheese.

Currently in store is Ryan’s famous Basque Cheesecake, completely gluten free. This is enjoyed throughout selected businesses in the Illawarra, you’ll have to taste it to see what all the hype is about! 😍
