🚨 Another new dish alert! Grilled Ox Tongue Skewers with green onion, daikon and glazed with tamarind fish sauce. Tender but still bitey like good ox tongue should be.

🚨New Dish Alert! Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi in Jeju Mandarin Dressing with Cucumber and Chicken Skin.

We developed a version of this dressing with at our collab last September and had to do something with it.
