Our menu is 'Modern Australian'. What's that?

In a nutshell, it's a diverse cuisine which focuses on the freshest produce and uses multicultural flavours and cooking techniques to get the tastiest dishes possible. That's why you'll see Korean chicken on our menu sometimes and Mediterranean chicken at other times (like now!).

Our signature crackling pork belly isn't just an autumn dish - ever since we introduced it people have loved it, so we have it on the menu whenever the pork is good!

So, we did a thing - we now have our own house wine! Made of Rutherglen fruit, our label - Customs House - tells the story of this wonderful building we call home. Just in time for the weather change and our first fire of the season.
