Planning Christmas lunch? Don’t forget a dessert that will wow your family from ! This ice cream Christmas pudding can be made for your flavour choices but this one is decadent layers of Ferrero Rocher ice cream, chocolate sorbet, salted caramel sauce, salted caramel ice cream and chocolate biscuit base. Wednesdays we have an incredibly generous $25 lunch at Trilogy Hospitality 101 (101 Hume street, Wodonga). Includes main meal, beverage and a delectable dessert. Tomorrow we have Bombe Alaska’s, ice cream sundaes, mint chip ice cream sandwiches and possibly a very complex cherry, lemon and raspberry tart for one (I say possibly as not entirely sure it will go to plan - new recipe! ).
