Our gourmet 小菜 are made for sharing. New on the menu, Hong Kong-style Typhoon Shelter Tiger Prawns piled with crisp fried garlic, chilli and fermented black bean, fragrant, crunchy and unapologetically bold. Pair it with our Salted Fish and Shredded Pork Eggplant, soft, silky and rich with savoury depth.

Beef Hor Fun in egg sauce, made the proper way.

Flat rice noodles charred in the wok for that smoky fragrance, lifted with a touch of soy. Tender beef and greens simmered in broth, then thickened off the heat with silky ribbons of egg and poured over the noodles to finish.
