Experimental with flavour, and die-hard for quality, our mission is to ensure everything you see

on the plate is made from ingredients sourced sustainably—from both local Australian providores and growers, and our friends in Japan who do things in a way we simply can’t.

Inspired by the focused intimacy of Japanese ramen culture, Chiisai is a rare dining experience designed for just two guests at a time. Encompass a low-lit escape serving Hokkaido-style ramen alongside an ice cold Sapporo.
 
The experience begins in The Waiting Room where you can enjoy Sapporo pours, rare Sapporo Black and Japanese bar snacks by us while you wait to step inside Chiisai.
 
Find the experience at Fed Square until Saturday 6th June, open Thursday through Saturday from 5pm–10pm. Seats are extremely limited each night.

Last night we hosted 20 dads who were in need of some hairstyling help, turning the back of Mr. Miyagi into a Styling School for dads, exclusively hosted by .

By the end of the night, they walked out knowing their way around a ponytail while enjoying some of our signature menu items and bottomless delivered to them by Shimo-San.

Sapporo, Sushi and Scandizzo: Mr. Miyagi’s Styling School for Dads was inspired by the viral Pints and Ponytails reimagined through the lens of our approach to great hospitality and experiences. As it turns out, dads everywhere need a hand too!

“When we are going back?”

Mother’s Day should only be about one thing and that‘s letting Mum choose.

Give Mum the gift of choice by dining à la carte or with The Choices feed me menu where she’ll get to pick for the whole table to enjoy!

This four course experience allows her to choose one dish from each round of our menu, including favourites like the Salmon Nori Taco, all designed to be shared.

$49 per person for 4 courses.

A set price that keeps the table sorted, without Mum saying ‘don’t spend anything on me!’

On Thursday 23rd April, we’re running a Styling School for Dads here at Mr. Miyagi who could use a bit of help at home.

Sapporo, Sushi and Scandizzo is a one night only event where dads will be working their way through 2 hours of bottomless , Miyagi Fried Chicken and our signature sushi cut roll, Happy’s Handroll, all while becoming qualified in the perfect ponytail!

They’ll be thrown into a hands-on course in hair styling, led by one of Australia’s most awarded hair professionals . Founder of the iconic and co-founder of global haircare brand , Joey is one of the most respected names in the industry.

This is a one night only event commencing at 6:30pm and is extremely limited to just 20 tickets 🚨
