today marks 6 months since we opened the doors of SEE YOU LATER COFFEE SHOP ๐
we knew our town needed a coffee shop, but we didnโt know just how badly.
what started out in our minds as โletโs just sell enough coffees each day to pay our rentโ quickly turned into something much bigger โ we now have a thriving little hub, a place for travellers to stop, and somewhere for locals to gather and connect over a coffee.
weโve done this with little kids at our heels, with our husbands working away, in sickness and in health and with so many obstacles along the way.
itโs expensive, itโs hard work, itโs many early mornings, late nights and โdays offโ, but when we take a step back and look at where we started, we couldnโt be more proud of what we have achieved so far.
thank you to our growing team, those working behind the scenes, our families, our husbands, our friends, our kids and of course, our customers.
without you, there wouldnโt be us.
