Long time no see everyone. Firstly a big, love-filled thank you to all of our loyal customers and friends for your understanding and support as we took some much-needed time away from the shop to look after our dear dad (or Al as many of you know him) as he recovers from back surgery.
Secondly, we have some news - after much consideration and thinking about life and what’s next - Wendy and the team have decided it’s time to close the doors of the Four Winds shop as it stands.
While this has been a hugely difficult decision, we know it’s the right one for us - for Wendy, Allan, Ellen, Catriona and the rest of the Four Winds family. We’ve been through lots of change and had lots of time to think - as the world has - and we feel now’s the time. It’s been such fun, so rewarding, and exceeded our wildest expectations from when we opened all those years ago.
Thank you to all of you who’ve supported us throughout the years - you are who’ve made Four Winds such a joy to continue. We will miss you, but we’ll still call Willunga home and continue some limited wholesale. We’d love to say a final farewell to you all so might arrange a little farewell catchup in future.
For now, it’s time to enjoy more family time as we get older, look after ourselves, enjoy the little things, and get some more sleep ;) we love you all and will update more soon x
