The Lions Club Monthly Trivia Night rolls back into The Tipsy Heifer on Thursday, June 25, and we reckon it's the most fun you can have while quietly arguing with your mates about who the third Hemsworth brother is.

You know the drill. One person at the table swears they're useless, then casually answers a question about 1800s shipping routes. Someone else confidently shouts the wrong answer with their whole chest. And there's always that team name that makes the whole room groan. Beautiful, every time.

So round up the crew, think up a name you'll be proud (or embarrassed) of, and come have a crack. Good questions, good banter, and cold drinks within arm's reach for when the brain needs a little encouragement.

🐮 BREAKFAST IS COMING TO THE TIPSY HEIFER 💛

We are so excited to share this one with you, mates.

Starting Saturday 27 June, we're officially serving breakfast every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. And trust us, we've put together a menu worth getting out of bed for.

Think Turkish eggs with silky yogurt and chilli butter, eggs benny on english muffins with smoked salmon and hollandaise, loaded two-tier breakfast boards to share, fluffy pancakes stacked high with ice cream and fresh berries, smashed avo done properly, acai bowls, the full Tipsy Heifer brekky spread, and so much more.

🐮💛 SUNDAY LIVE SESSIONS: MISTY HARLOWE

There's something special about hearing live music on a Sunday afternoon, cold drink in hand, nowhere else to be. And this Sunday, we're making it extra special.

We're welcoming Misty Harlowe to The Tipsy Heifer stage, and if you haven't heard of her yet, consider this your lucky introduction.
Misty is a country blues songstress hailing from Victoria's high country, her music rooted deep in the soul of Gippsland's Snowy River country. She paints vivid stories of the Australian landscape, the kind of songs that feel like they've always existed, like they were written by the land itself. Her sound sits somewhere between Marty Robbins and Stevie Nicks around a campfire at dusk, and honestly, that's exactly the kind of vibe we want floating through the beer garden on a Sunday.

Her debut track Run Me Down River shot to #4 on the AMRAP charts and landed extensive airplay on ABC Radio, turning plenty of heads in the process. Since then she's graced the stages of Tamworth Country Music Festival, the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, Bruthen Blues Festival, Tasmania's Day at The Creek, and more. She's shared bills with the likes of CW Stoneking, Mick Thomas and the Roving Commission, and Freya Josephine Hollick. Big stages, big names, and now, our little corner of Willow Grove.

Big news, legends. Next Sunday we're handing the stage to Ricki Wood, and we reckon you'll want to be here for this one. 🤠

Ricki's one of those Aussie singer-songwriters who writes the real stuff. Honest lyrics, proper melodies, and songs that actually have something to say. No filler, no fuss, just a bloke, a guitar, and the kind of tunes that have you quietly going "oof, that one hit" into your beer. 🍺

He's just dropped his latest single Wild Woman, which folks are already calling his best yet, so this is your chance to hear it live and up close before everyone's claiming they saw him first. Expect a few originals, a few you'll know, and three solid hours of the good stuff from 2PM 'til 5PM.

This Sunday, we're wrapping up May the right way, and we couldn't be more excited about it. 🎸

We'd like to introduce you to Erin McKinney, who'll be joining us for our Sunday Live Session this weekend, and for the very first time at The Tipsy Heifer. If you haven't heard of her yet, that's about to change.

Erin's story is one of those ones that makes you feel good just hearing it. Born into a musical family in Northern Ireland and now proudly calling Gippsland home, she's been carrying this music with her for a long time. For years she juggled late night gigs with ICU nursing shifts, travel adventures, and more recently, raising two little ones. Life kept getting in the way, the way it does, but the music never really left. It just waited.

Then in 2025, she finally gave it the spotlight it deserved, releasing her debut single "Chasing Dreams," and honestly, it was worth the wait.

Her sound sits right in that sweet spot of country music that feels honest and lived-in. Think Lainey Wilson, Miranda Lambert, a backyard bonfire and a cold drink in hand. She's a graduate of the Tamworth Country Music Academy, a festival finalist, and an award winner from Bundaberg to British Columbia. The credentials are there, but what really comes through when Erin performs is something you can't manufacture. It's just someone who genuinely loves what they do, finally doing it.

We're really glad she's bringing it to our stage this Sunday, and we think you're going to love it.
