We hosted our annual degustation dinner last night, and it was a truly amazing experience. The evening commenced with swordfish carpaccio, followed by filled wild baby octopus on lobster and black rice. The third course comprised pasta Rose with porcini mushrooms, ricotta, and a cream and walnut sauce. The lamb back strap with caramelised fig and the lemon meringue semifreddo for dessert were both highly acclaimed.
