We make our own pork and chicken stocks in-house — no shortcuts, no premix. Just real fresh bones and meat, garlic, ginger and hours of slow simmering in our kitchen.

This is the base of our noodle soups and our Hokkien prawn noodles (braised noodles). Deep flavour, natural sweetness, and that comforting aroma you can taste in every bowl.

It takes time, but we believe proper stock makes all the difference.
