Slim's is closed to dine in customers, but he's been working hard today making plenty of yummy meals to take away. He's cryovaced some Beef ribs and roast veg and Mushroom and chorizo stuffed chicken breast and veg ready to be microwaved at home. There's frozen curries as well as pizza ready to be taken home and heated up in the oven.

So, the last meal has been served, the last plate has been taken away, and it's time to close the doors on Slim's Kitchen.

Thanks to everyone who came for the last Roast on Sunday. And thanks for all your hugs and best wishes, they were deeply appreciated.

A big thanks to our 'back of house' staff, Aaliyah and Bella, whose hard work and willingness to laugh at Chef's 'dad's jokes, helped make the magic happen.

Thanks to Daryl and Shirley for giving us the lease of the kitchen. Good luck with what happens next.

Thanks also to all the locals who have supported Slim's Kitchen, it's been a pleasure getting to know you all.

And last, but not least, a massive acknowledgment to Chef Brad who started as an employee of the bistro and two years later, leaves as the owner of Slim's Kitchen. Your hard work and commitment, both behind the scenes and in the kitchen, ensured every dish sent out was as close to perfection as you could make it. Enjoy your well deserved break!

Hi everyone, with regret we've decided to close Slim's Kitchen as of next Sunday. ;-(

It's been great and we want to thank everyone who has supported us over the last few months.
We really have appreciated it!

We'll be here until Sunday, so feel free to drop in and say hi/goodbye if you're passing through!
