Matt’s got the Coopers pouring and we’ve got an extended Happy Hour from 12pm–5pm – plenty of time to settle in before the Crows hit the screens from 7pm.

Expect plenty of banter in the Front Bar, or head out to the heated Eyre Garden and make an afternoon of it.

Well... choosing just ONE dog is proving about as difficult as we expected. 😂🐾

While the Eyre Pantry team is behind the scenes agonising over who will be crowned Eyre Pantry’s Dog of the Year 2026, our wonderful friends at Pets Domain Whyalla have thrown us a lifeline.

They loved our Paw-fect Weekend so much, they’ve donated ANOTHER prize - which means we can now crown a People’s Choice winner too! 🏆

And this one is entirely up to you, Whyalla.

Monday night is charity schnitzel night! When $5 from every full-sized schnitzel sold on Monday, 7th September will go to Heartbeat - a small but mighty committee who work hard to raise money so that they can purchase much needed Cardiac equipment for our local hospital. 🩷

Father’s Day is next Sunday… and Dad might want to come hungry. 👀

If a proper roast is his idea of a good Sunday, our Big Beef Roast – could have his name all over it.

12-hour slow-roasted grain-fed girello eye round, served with mash, roasted baby carrots, caramelised parsnips, broccolini, horseradish sour cream, Yorkshire pudding and Dad’s choice of gravy.

And that’s just one of the favourites from our à la carte menu waiting for him.

The forecast is looking rather lovely for getting out and about with your four-legged mate, and our Paw-fect Weekend kicks off this Saturday at the Eyre Pantry.

A massive thank you to the awesome local team at Pets Domain Whyalla for putting together this hamper, absolutely loaded with toys and treats for our winning pup. Add a $50 Eyre Hotel voucher for their human and there’s quite a prize up for grabs.
