ยฐ treating mental health like physical health (resting is productive, fight us) ๐๐ผ
ยฐ unfollowing, muting, deleting & energetically blocking anything that doesnโt align ๐ฉ๐๏ธ๐ฎ
ยฐ remembering challenges are temporary (even when theyโve been overstaying their welcome) ๐ช
ยฐ accepting that rock bottom has a ladder, stairs, and possibly a lift โ give it time; itโs just aggressively character-building ๐ฅด๐ช
ยฐ chasing the greener grass: start the thing, study the thing, change the thing. if it might make you happier, stop letting random opinions ruin your vibe ๐๐ผ
