The Emporium Rock'n'Roll Milk Bar would like to tell you a nice little story that only happened yesterday.

As I was at the shop doing some cleaning two bus loads of elderly gentleman arrived for a day out. The park was closed as it usually is on a Monday. They had a packed lunch and enjoyed sitting in the sun, reminiscing over old times. They asked if they could come and have a look around. When I told them we were closing on Sunday, they said how sad, when we are all gone this history will be lost and then one of the gentleman, 91 years of age, started singing, Elvis's song from the movie Blue Hawaii , "Can't Help Falling in Love With You" I'm sure he had been an entertainer in his day. Must say it brought a tear to my eyes.

It is with heavy heart that The Emporium Rock'n'Roll Milk Bar, due to circumstances beyond our control, will be closing it's doors after trading on Sunday the 4th June.

Please come and join us this coming Friday night. We will be celebrating with friends beautiful cars, music and dance, lucky door prizes and gifts to give away.
