Our chinchulines and molleja take over an hour to prepare to perfection, so please order ahead if you can!

PLEASE PRE-ORDER! Chinchulines and molleja take an hour or more to prepare and cook to perfection, so please message us around 2 hours ahead to give us time to get everything ready.

Come down to Market Town in Wetherill Park and enjoy our fresh charcoal BBQ, cooked on the spot and just the way you like it!

Our molleja and chinchulines are cooked slowly to perfection and take over an hour to prepare, so we recommend pre-ordering at least 2 hours ahead.
