Hi everyone! We just wanted to share our new pergola with you all. As promised, it was installed today!

From this Friday at 6:00 pm, you’ll be able to enjoy your meal under cover at Mr Chorizo & Parrillada. We’re still adding the finishing touches, including flowers and a few extra decorations, to make the space even more comfortable and welcoming for everyone.

Hi everyone! For those of you who don’t know what Provoleta is, I wanted to show you one of the most traditional dishes you’ll find on the grill in Uruguay and Argentina.

Provoleta is a delicious provolone cheese that’s cooked over our charcoal barbecue until it’s beautifully melted and golden. We finish it with oregano and olive oil for that authentic South American flavour.

For those who know me, and for those meeting us for the first time, I want you to know that I put my heart, passion, and patience into this food trailer. My goal is always to provide delicious food, friendly service, and the best experience possible for every customer.

As we are training new staff, this has been a new challenge for us, and we appreciate your patience while we continue learning and improving as a team. We apologise for any delays, but we promise we are working hard every day to make our service faster and smoother.

Please remember our food is cooked fresh to order over charcoal. This means some items, especially this week’s specials (Mollejas) and Chinchulines, can take a little longer than usual. We don’t want your food sitting there drying out we want you to enjoy it fresh, cooked properly, and at its best.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your support. We were absolutely overwhelmed by the number of people who came to see us, and we truly appreciate every single one of you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while waiting for your meals. We cook everything fresh over charcoal, so good food takes a little time, but we promise it’s worth the wait!

We’re still settling in and getting everything organised, and we’ll keep improving every week. I genuinely love what I do, and I do it from the bottom of my heart. Your support means more to us than you could ever imagine.

We were completely overwhelmed by the love and support you showed us. Thank you to every single person who came to visit us. We honestly can’t thank you enough.

This isn’t just about running a business. It’s about bringing our passion for authentic South American charcoal barbecue back to our community. We missed this so much. I never gave up on this dream because it’s something that’s always been in my heart. Age doesn’t matter. When you truly love what you do, you keep going, and that’s exactly what we’re doing.

Please remember that authentic cuts like chinchulines, molleja and other achuras take time to cook properly over charcoal. Everything is prepared fresh, marinated with fresh herbs, olive oil and lots of love. If we need to start a new batch, waiting times can be over an hour depending on how busy we are. We promise it’s worth the wait!
